    At Construcciones Bartolomé Ramón, S.A.U. we have a department exclusively for performing interior design, landscape, design and furniture projects for companies and individuals.

    We design and carry out projects for both interiors and exteriors, from the idea and the concept to the placing of the last element on site.

    We are specialised in management and consultancy services for commercial interior design projects in the Hotel and Catering, Services and Retail sectors, as well as the design of exclusive homes.

    Our Landscaping Department designs and carries out Parks and Gardens, and advises clients on all aspects of our service.

    The CBR Maintenance Department has over 30 years’ experience in the Maintenance of all types of Buildings and Facilities, such as Schools and Municipal Buildings of the Palma City Council. Repair and Maintenance of Industrial Buildings. Care Homes and Day Centres for dependents and all types of Tourist Buildings and Facilities.

    The CBR Maintenance Department produces a comprehensive, personalised Preventive Plan based on an inventory and audit of the facilities and the requirements of the equipment manufacturers. This includes Regulatory Maintenance in accordance with current rules and regulations and Corrective Maintenance for repairing breakdowns and correcting any incidents detected during preventive maintenance.

    We offer an emergency assistance service (24×7) and we use the CMMS (computerised maintenance management system) tool to ensure compliance and traceability. This programme can be installed at our clients’ offices so they can use a Web environment to notify us of any incidents, view the current state of maintenance and obtain reports on their facilities.
