OUR HISTORY

Constructing Mallorca since 1940.

Since then and during the last 85 years, CBR has undertaken its activity in the comprehensive execution of any type of building, both private and public, new construction, renovation, refurbishment or special and unique restoration actions. CBR is a prestigious, modern company with an experienced human resources which has undertaken and is undertaking major projects of all types of buildings, contributing to the attainment of the objectives and requirements of our clients who continue to place their trust in us decade after decade.

What is Constructions Bartolomé Ramón?

Constructions Bartolomé Ramón, S.A.U. is one of the most representative companies of the business activity in the construction sector in the Balearic Islands. Its activity dates back to the 1940s, when the company carried out large-scale civil works and building projects which changed our cityscape, such as the refurbishment of the Almudaina Palace and the S’Hort del Rei Royal Gardens, the Casal Solleric country house or the asphalt paving of Avenida Jaime III, Plaza Pío XII and Avenida Gabriel Roca (the first works executed in the Balearic Islands with asphalt agglomerate).
